How can I make my HOA payment?
You can make a payment through the Owner Portal, available online or via the mobile app [https://qrco.de/maxfieldportal]. -
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, and e-checks. Some fees may apply. -
How do I pay without any fees?
You can Enroll in ACH auto drafts which have no fees associated with this type of payment setup. You may also mail a payment to our office and write I want ACH, and we will deposit your first check and then set you up on ACH. You may also mail us a check through your Bill Pay to Your Community Name, ℅ Maxfield HOA, PO BOX 65, Lehi, Utah 84043; however, there may be a charge in the future for check payments so we recommend that you set up ACH. -
Can I set up automatic payments?
Yes! Log into the Owner Portal to enroll in autopay and avoid missed payments. -
What happens if I miss a payment?
Late fees may apply per your HOA’s governing documents. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss payment options. -
Who do I contact for questions about my account balance?

I received a violation notice—what should I do?
Log into the Owner Portal to view details, respond, or submit proof of compliance. If you have questions, contact our support team at info@MaxfieldHOA.com. -
How do I submit an Architectural Review Request?
Submit requests for exterior modifications through the Owner Portal. Select Requests and then select ARC Request.
Maintenance & Common Areas

How do I report a maintenance issue?
Select the Requests on the left hand menu and select the Maintenance Request feature in the Owner Portal to submit a work order and track progress. -
Who is responsible for maintaining common areas?
It depends but generally, the HOA manages landscaping, pools, clubhouses, and other shared spaces per the budget and vendor contracts. If you have a question, please let us know. -
How do I reserve an amenity like the clubhouse?
Reservations can be made through the Owner Portal. Check availability and book online.
